Returns Policy
At Cois Laoi Willow, each piece is thoughtfully handmade using natural materials. If you change your mind about a purchase, the following returns policy applies.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Items should be returned in their original packaging, where possible
- You must notify us of your intention to return within the 14-day period

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked or insured postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to refuse returns where items show signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them
Handmade & Natural Materials
Our products are handmade using natural materials such as willow and wood. Variations in colour, texture, and form are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, in line with your consumer rights.
