Can I return my item?
Yes — you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer law.
What condition must the item be in?
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging where possible.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us promptly with photos and we will resolve the issue in line with your rights. As our items are handmade from natural materials, variations in colour and form are part of their character and not considered faults.
